Refund Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a missed appointment fee.

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session.

Due to the nature of healthcare services:

• Completed services are non‑refundable.

• Sessions already rendered cannot be refunded.

Unused sessions may remain as account credit or be rescheduled.
